Nintendo 3DS - First Anniversary Party 2012 - Malaysia

Woot!!! Believe it or not, I attended another 3DS anniversary party overseas!! This time we had the event at Malaysia, I never thought that Nintendo 3DS Malaysia users has a community just like Indonesia, I really had a blast during the event, they also made several tournament for Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus : Uprising.

If it's Mario Kart 7 what they want, I'm SO IN !!!! I really excited myself, and luckily I achieved 1st place for Mario Kart 7 Tournament, as for the champion I received an original 3DS game!! I'm so happy and I even couldn't express my happiness by words.

In time like this, I still somehow manage to touch my games, and again these day 3DS has been a huge entertainment for me.

Though this semester I rarely updating my Blog because this 6th semester I'm having an Internship for 10 weeks, alrightyy!! let's put that aside, here's my latest game, well actually I just got it this afternoon....

Kid Icarus : Uprising ( Nintendo 3DS )

One of the most beloved franchises in Nintendos long history makes its glorious return in spectacular 3D! Pit of Kid Icarus fame is back in a new game designed specifically for the Nintendo 3DS system, by Masahiro Sakurai, creator of the Kirby and Super Smash Bros. franchises, and his development team at Project Sora. .

Kid Icarus: Uprising is a fast-paced and action-packed blend of aerial and ground-based shooting built on elegantly intuitive and streamlined play control. This follow-up to the original Kid Icarus released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987 has been at the top of gamers wish lists for years.

Boasting gameplay that is easy to pick up but incredibly deep, the game is sure to satisfy novice gamers as well as fans who have been clamouring for a new installment in the franchise.

The hero, Pit, teams up with Palutena, the goddess of light, who bestows on him the miracle of flight for limited stretches. With this gift, Pit soars through the skies, shooting down swarms of enemies, then alights and engages in frantic ground-based battles against Medusas underworld army.

Find and collect numerous weapons and items that offer bonuses and ability boosts. Players can choose weapons before they send Pit into battle, giving them countless layers of strategies in each level.

Players can choose between a basic Blade, basic Claws and a basic Orbitar weapon. Blades are well-balanced, Claws have limited reach but increase running speed and the Orbitars can shoot two shots that grow in power over distance

YEAHHH!!!! I got the US version and look!! they gave me some awesome AR Cards for kid Icarus, and also Nintendo 3DS Stand !! How cool is that ?!

What I'm so hyped about this game is the Multiplayer mode, I'll be playing online most of the time, and with the Nintendo network added to the system, I hope Nintendo's online gaming experience will be better and entertaining .

26 February 2012, Does that ring a bell to you? it's....

~ Nintendo 3DS 1st Anniversary ~

Whooo.... I'm so hyped, so basically we're having a gathering from all over places to celebrating this moment.

As for me, I was one of their committees, I handled the documentation and competition for this event. To tell the truth I never thought that 3DS holders will be this manny, I Mean this's the biggest gathering in Indonesia EVER!!! Guess there're more hidden 3DS-er in my country.

The event last about 8 Hours, and we've done through some tough competition such as Mario Kart 7, and maybe some Co-Op games like Resident Evil : Revelations, and many more stuff. Some of us just enjoy chit-chatting and having lunch there.

What's makes better that this event was recorded by our Indonesian Gamer Magazine, hopefully it'll launch soon, I can't wait to look forward to it.

So let's wrap things up, Let's share this everlasting moment to all over the world, so they'll know we as one 3DS Family shall bring game to the next level.

Joke aside, it's so not fun. I had a lot of games during my break and I was so busy that I forget anything else.

For those you guys who have handheld games, I have my favorite handheld game here, currently I've been playing my 3DS a Lot, when I say "a Lot" it's crazy... I could play forever, literally... forever...

I even attended some event here, and do some StreetPass-ing ( One of the 3DS interacive feature ), I've done it for 3DS' Sake... 

Original game wasn't that cheap, since 3DS hasn't JailBreak-ed yet, so I had no choice to afford an original game, but this time I felt that "it's worth to buy", well I don't really care as long as I could have fun anytime, anywhere I want....


Hahaha.... I'm NOT being a Nintendo FANBOY here, it's just these days 3DS' game had been so GREAT and AWESOME, so I put my PSP and XBOX to rest for a while, They'll got their chances soon, I'm sure of it....

Ohhh Bummer... Where was I ?! Sorry for the late update, I've been enjoying my holiday these days, and I couldn't help myself to play my games, but anyway... First of all I wanna say...

That's right!! This whole new year of 2012 will be something else, I hope in 2012 will be a better one, Nahhhh!!! Enough with the intro stuff...

So yeah I've been gone for vacation actually, I went visit Korea with my friends, and the whole thing that I experienced there can't be describe by words, it's totally AMAZING and AWESOME, it's Winter there so it'll be a challenge for me to make different style of photos from it...

I went almost every part of Seoul, visiting some Monuments, Museum, Village, Malls, Doing some Winter Sports activities, AND of course their Famous cuisine that I'm after, and Girls? Nahh just kidding....

So I hope you guys enjoy and get some inspirations from these photos that I've taken below, of course I took almost 1500 photos and I couldn't show it all and most of them weren't that show-able hahahaha....

Nothing's better than a leasuring in our home during our semester break, that;s right... It's been a while since my last post because I sent my laptop for maintenance stuff, so I just did some of my drawings, and today's artwork about PoKeMon...

Actually I experimenting in blending some colors, and added some effects to make it more interesting, I did in around 6-7 hours, I know it took quite a while, because I still need a lot to learn about these things... Alright then, let's get to work !!! :)

Totodile

"Totodile" look like small, bipedal blue crocodiles (similar to its evolved forms) with red spines on their back and tail, the one on their back being larger with additional ridges next to the back spines. Totodile's head is large, with crocodilian ridges above its eyes, and much of the head’s size is composed of Totodile's snout and strong jaws. There are two visible teeth on the tip of its upper jaw, and two rows of three teeth on each side of its lower jaw. Totodile's mouth is often depicted open. On its chest is a yellow, somewhat V-shaped pattern that extends to Totodile's arms, with a line bisecting the pattern at the middle. Totodile have five sharp claws and three toes. Its eyes have red irises, and there is a dark-colored pattern around the eyes that is depicted as either dark-blue or black.

Totodile have a habit of biting anything they see, including their trainers. It is unwise to turn one's back on a Totodile. Totodile also have a genuine playfulness about them, they are always ready for a good laugh. There is a tough side to Totodile though, as they can quickly react to difficult situations in a battle and bounce back with boosts of their water-type moves.

Mario Kart 7 - Nintendo 3DS

HANDS ON!!! That's right the one and only our Item-Throwing and Smacking Chaotic Race is back to 3DS with their awesome Graphic and 3D features, this addicting game became the Nintendo Successor since in the NDS version, and now with some new features and Items, Player could race it Under the water, Gliding through the Wind, and Spectacular Race tracks Retro and Metro Cup....

The Remake tracks from GCN, SNES, NDS, and also Wii include in this game, who would've thought that some of the tracks give us the nostalgic feeling in the game, can't wait to try this game!! The Online Features is one of the most wanted features throughout the world, we meet people around the world, we also can use via Spotpass to earn some Ghost Time trial Data and challenge variety of racer around the world...

Ever feel a real racing experience, try the new feature "Gyro-Sensor", using our 3DS as a steering wheel and lead your way through First-Person-View and feel Mario Kart 7's Awesome enviroments in 3D to reach your goal.

Last but not Least this game is the most recommended game in 3DS so far!! This Game, I'll Rate it...

I just Made this one earlier, and I what I think about Guerrilla Art is very unique and it's so ME! *kekekeke.....

         

         This project main objective is to make a warning sign or such as announcement with Guerilla Art style applied to it, basically Guerilla Art have their own way to convey its message to the audience or people surround it. It’s “sarcastically” conveying its message to have it good purpose in the message itself.

            I made a warning sign for Library, basically there’s a common sign in the library “be quite” or something like that, but this time I made it in Guerilla style. The Design it as we see there’s a big X-shape on it, with a graphic element of “mouth”. The word “you sound better when your mouth closed” is basically tells the people around it to keep their voice down, but it tells sarcastically, the word “mouth” is exchanged with the graphic itself to make it more interesting.

            Stencil Typeface’s used for this project, because Stencil has a bold and strong characteristic, and with the Red striking color it will attract people’s attention more easily. The “Closed” made to be more contrast and bigger in size to make it more unique and more “sarcastically”.

Going Black and White

I tried experimenting with my Intuos4, and today I tried to practice render and detail for the drawing itself in Black and White, It's fun though...

It took very long time to manage got the tone, I still had a lot of practice here, next time I'm gonna do color render if I already used to this pen tablet...

This is a Digimon, Digital monster, yeah fantasy stuff... I used to watch this TV show a lot, It's my favorite, Fantasy Creature and stuff. 

So Basically GeoGreymon here is one of the species of Dragon type Digimon, it has thick skull with spikes, Sharp claw grip and well-built body as its weapon when in combat, it has an aggressive personality and a eagle-eye with a maximum reflex.

Just bought my second pen tablet last month, well actually I lost one back then, but never mind that. I've been excited using my Wacom Intuos since past few weeks, and at last I could doodling some drawings, this's my first try using it since back then, I still had a lot to learn about this especially for my hand movement still very bad, using pen pressure would be more difficult than I thought it would be...


I'm very fond of Digital painting, I've seen a lot of other's work and begin to learn since then ....

 Actually, I'm so suck in doing human figures, and you know how I hate figures LoL, anyway, I'll keep sharing to you guys later, enjoy^^ ~~
